The Rules of the Game.

By accessing or using GEM Hunter ("Service"), provided by GEM Hunter Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service — including free-tier users.

GEM Hunter is a cryptocurrency token discovery and analysis platform. We provide:

• Real-time scanning of new token launches across 6 blockchains
• ML-powered scoring across 139 features
• Multi-channel alerts (Telegram, Discord, email, SMS, webhook)
• Portfolio tracking, tax reports, and social trading features
• Optional auto-trading bot (VIP and above)

We are NOT a broker, exchange, or custodian. We do not hold your funds, do not execute trades on your behalf without explicit configuration, and do not provide financial advice.

To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Enable 2FA when handling significant value
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts

One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our ML models or proprietary code
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data beyond the API rate limits
• Resell or sublicense API access without a commercial agreement
• Use the Service to spam, defraud, or harm other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit malicious code, attempt DDoS, or probe for vulnerabilities (use our bug bounty instead)
• Manipulate the Service's reputation system, reviews, or social features

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

We offer Free, Pro ($49.99/mo), VIP ($99.99/mo), and Enterprise tiers. See /pricing for full details.

Billing cycle

• Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; yearly subscriptions renew yearly
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each renewal
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Taxes are added based on your jurisdiction

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds

• Annual plans: 14-day full refund, no questions asked
• Monthly plans: non-refundable, but cancel anytime to stop future charges
• Failed payments: subscription auto-pauses after 3 retries; reactivate by updating payment

Price changes

We may change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until their next renewal.

The Service, including our ML models, source code, designs, logos, and documentation, is owned by GEM Hunter Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (e.g., your watchlists, custom alerts, courses you publish in the Academy). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate your content as needed to provide the Service.

GEM Hunter is a data and analysis platform, not a financial advisor. Token scores, tier classifications, alerts, signals, and auto-trading suggestions are based on quantitative analysis and historical data. They are NOT investment recommendations.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose your entire investment. Always do your own research (DYOR). Past performance does not guarantee future results.

If you need financial advice, consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect/consequential damages
• Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in which case the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEM Hunter Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms or any policy referenced herein
• Provide false information during registration
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Are charged-back on subscription payments

You may terminate your account anytime via account settings. After termination, we retain your data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless you live in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you the right to litigate locally — in which case those laws govern.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be at this URL. If a revision is material, we will notify you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
