Lead radar

Follow the venue that is discovering price.

Lead is GEM Hunter’s fourth perpetuals engine. It measures which venue is leading mark versus the cross-venue median and only then may print a paper card. Conflicting leads stay NO_TRADE. Own Telegram channel, own paper book, own bot toggle.

Four engines

Discovery is a different job from structure.

Hunter ranks one venue. Scout waits for a sweep. Lead asks which venue is ahead of the pack.

Engine A · Style

Five independent books

Scalp, Intraday, Swing, Position, Catalyst. Location plus confirm. Styles never stack.

Own Telegram · own paper book · own bot toggle

Engine B · Hunter

Whole-market radar

Rank every perp, score the top, print only after the trigger chain. Heat is not a ticket.

Engine C · Scout

Liquidity events

EQH/EQL sweep → absorb or exhaust → reclaim. Panic tape prints NO_TRADE, not a card.

Engine D · Lead

Venue discovery

Follow the venue leading mark versus the cross-venue median. Split leads stay NO_TRADE.

Decision

Aligned, lead, or conflict. Only one of those prints.

Marks on four venues

Bybit, Binance, OKX, Hyperliquid. A missing venue stays missing — we do not invent a mid.

Median + gap

The leader is the name farthest from the median, in basis points. Aligned books stay quiet.

Conflict filter

If venues split both ways above the conflict threshold, Lead prints NO_TRADE — not a coin-flip card.

Follow + geometry

Positive lead → long. Negative → short. Book spread too wide? Still no. Then RR ≥ 2 or skip.

What Lead is

  • A cross-venue discovery engine, not a ranker.
  • A conflict filter that can refuse a split tape.
  • A paper book you can audit in R, with its own Telegram lane.

What Lead is not

  • Not an arbitrage bot, and not a reason to chase every 2 bp flicker.
  • Not Hunter or Scout with a new coat of paint.
  • Not financial advice. If the stop is gone, the idea is gone.
FAQ

Lead, in plain language

Is Lead reading Hunter or Scout cards?

No. Lead reads cross-venue marks and an optional book-spread filter. Another engine’s output is never an input.

What if venues disagree?

That is a first-class NO_TRADE. A clean lead is a one-sided gap. A split book is noise.

Does a fill on XT make the public Lead card ACTIVE?

No. Paper ACTIVE is the shared Bybit-zone book. A bot fill on another venue stays a per-user notification.

Is Lead financial advice?

No. Paper tickets, invalidation, and R multiples are tools. Leverage can liquidate you. Past paper results do not guarantee future results.

Run Lead on the live venue

Venue-lead radar, printed cards, history, and the Lead bot toggle are membership surfaces. This page is the textbook. The desk is the lab.
