A parallel paper book. Wired to nothing.
Lab is where GEM Hunter tests rules that are not ready for the live desk. Same venue, same klines, different tables. No Telegram. No auto-trader. No accidental promotion into the book you actually size.
Three books. Two can page you. One cannot.

Lab (shadow)
futures_lab_* only · never wired to bot or Telegram
Because overfitting in production is how desks die.
Writes futures_lab_* only
The shadow book never lands in the live signals table. v6 cards, Hunter cards, the bot, and Telegram cannot read it.
Bot attached: no
There is no venue routing from Lab. If a hypothesis needs size, you promote the rule — you do not silently leak it onto the wire.
Telegram attached: no
Lab does not get a channel. Research that pages the whole network is not research.
Live radar stays on sig_v6 + Hunter
The cockpit you trade from is the production engines. Lab is the bench. Mixing them is how shops blow up a good book.
What you will not see on this public page
Lab candidates, analog-thin counts, and experimental win rates. Those numbers exist for members inside /futures/lab. Publishing a fake shadow ledger would pollute search results and the product. If a rule graduates, it shows up as a production style or a Hunter lane — with the same R accounting as everything else.

Overview, lab signals, lab candidates, and the rule notes are membership-only. Public copy stops at the isolation contract.
